If you find the lists match, then you have one of two problems: 1) You have a bad backup that was missing some objects. Try WRKF *all/IXR* Physical files (called "tables" in SQL lingo) are data containers, and contain the actual (physical) rows and columns of data. Could it be that all those physical files did not get restored, or they are not on the tape? If authority isn't an issue, then it looks like you might be missing some files in your AECF lib. Unfortunately, because this was a system the we were using only for history, the last backup was from 2009, and we restored that backup.
The missing file might show up in library QRCL after RCLSTG does whatever cleanup is needed. The CPF4101 error is the one that reads "File IXRL05 in library *LIBL or inline data file missing". This is also the safest way to restore when users are on the system, since you aren't touching anything that isn't missing. 2) A *NONSYS restore to restore all non-system libraries.
