Ok well i experimented with my Rome Total War: Barbarian Invasion and i put some mods on and then deleted all of them. I get the following error once the splash screen for EB comes up: "Error loading mount database." I have to Right-Click-Tab out. It'll start right up just fine; says 1.1 right in the bottom of the screen like it should. no more errors at least for me. I gave up trying to fix this seven months ago. Then I install EB 1.2.
I put all the 6 files in one folder( RS2.exe,RS2 msi,RS1cab,rs2,cab,rs3cab,rs4cab). Install RTW.Happy hunting.... don't know what to think or what to do... the installation is good the patch 1.3 and 1.5 are downloaded from sega support site as always. However, my validation yields the attached results. Played a little rtw/bi campaign, then i installed rs2 from the rtw folder and the error still comes up. Edit 2: I "validated" my install, and the validation text file has nothing in it.
