Please let me know if you need any more help or have any other questions. But every time I start XBMC, it makes a "Loading media info from files" and I can see that some music folders gets scanned quickly. We recommend upgrading to the latest Safari, Google Chrome, or Firefox. The Flash just keeps spinning, the html5 gives me the "Error loading media: File could not be played" message.

The video does not appear to play on Safari on a Mac either.

BTW - only 64-bit versions of OSes will be officially supported for Video file support using MediaInfo as the tool for harvesting metadata details.
